OUR CURRENT POLICIES:
Clients are to remain in their car and call or text in upon arrival. One of our staff members will escort you directly into an examination room with your pet. You will be required to stay in the examination room during the entirety of your visit.
Only one person will be allowed to accompany their pet. We require that all clients wear an N95 mask. If you do not have one, we will provide you one for you. Upon arrival you will be asked if you have been exposed to COVID or have any flu like symptoms within the last 14 days. If so, we will ask you to reschedule.
We are still doing curbside service for those who prefer it. Please let us know by calling or texting when you arrive. We will still only be doing curbside service for technician appointments and prescription and pet food pickups.

Napa River Pet Hospital has been such a success that we outgrew our current home. We felt that expanding to an additional facility was important to continue our quality of service. We have established a brand new 2000 sq. foot state of the art facility so we can continue our mission of “Quality Medicine, Individualized Pet Care”.
Both hospitals will share the same data base, so if you are a registered client at one location then all of your pet’s records will be available at both locations.
Full dental services, ultrasound, in house and send-out laboratory, digital radiography and dental imaging. Our surgery room is highly advanced including electrocautery, heated surgical table, advanced monitoring, cryosurgery and large recovery runs.
ALL APPOINTMENTS MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED TIME MUST PREPAY WITH A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE CREDITED TOWARDS YOUR EXAMINATION CHARGE. MISSED APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT 24 HOUR NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED.
Due to the high demand of online and in house prescriptions, please allow a minimum of 48 hours or longer for approval. If this is for a refill of a medication, please contact us a minimum of 7 days prior to running out of your prescription.
Our hours are Monday - Friday 9a-6p, closed for lunch 1-2p : Saturdays 8a-5p, closed for lunch 12-1p.
