Dr. Nathaniel Fichtenberg grew up in Sonoma and is a graduate from Justin Siena High School. He then earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from UC Santa Barbara, spent time working as a pharmacy technician while also volunteering at a local shelter and zoo. Next was a year in AmeriCorps, a community outreach program to help underprivileged areas of our country. Ultimately, he headed overseas to enroll and complete his veterinary degree at the Royal Veterinary College in London, England. After spending the past 15 years in Castro Valley, San Francisco and Milpitas he is returning to where he has always considered home. He shares this adventure with his wife, two children and his cat Louie The Chairman, A.K.A. Loulou Chat.
